Quick answers about our digital store, payments, and client dashboard.
Our store offers digital products only—templates, toolkits, guides, and similar downloadable resources—plus service packages for marketing, AI growth, and development. We do not ship physical products.
Browse the store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You must be logged in. At checkout you will see our bank account details, your order total, and a field to upload a payment screenshot after you transfer funds.
We accept bank transfer only. Card and PayPal are not available on this site. Transfer the exact order total to the account shown at checkout and upload proof of payment before submitting your order.
Every order stays pending until our team verifies your bank transfer against the uploaded screenshot. This usually takes one to two business days. You will see a confirmation message on your order page once approved.
After an admin approves your payment, open the order in your client dashboard (My Orders). Digital items will show a Download button. If approval is still pending, downloads are not yet available.
Service-type products (consulting, campaigns, development packages, etc.) do not include a file download. Once your order is approved, the dashboard shows "Service availed" to confirm your purchase. Our team will follow up with onboarding or delivery details.
Yes. Enter a valid coupon on the cart or checkout page before placing your order. Discounts apply to the subtotal according to the coupon rules.
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or if we cannot deliver the product due to a technical issue on our side. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Logged-in clients can open a support ticket from the dashboard. You can also reach us through the contact page for general inquiries.
You can browse the store without an account, but you must register and log in to checkout, upload payment proof, and access downloads or service records.
We do not collect card numbers on this site. Bank transfers happen directly between you and our bank. Payment screenshots are stored securely and reviewed only by authorized staff. See our Privacy Policy for more.
