By accessing or using the Dservo website, client dashboard, or purchasing digital products and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Dservo

Dservo provides digital marketing, AI growth, development, and related professional services, as well as digital products (templates, toolkits, resources) sold through our online store. All store products are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Orders & payment

• Prices are displayed in USD unless noted otherwise and may change without notice.
• Checkout is completed via bank transfer to the account details shown at checkout.
• You must upload a valid payment screenshot as proof of transfer.
• Orders remain pending approval until we verify your payment. We reserve the right to reject orders with incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent payment proof.
• Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

4. Digital products

Upon payment approval, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased digital products for your own business or personal use, unless a product specifies a different license. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share downloadable files except where the product license explicitly allows it.

5. Services

Service packages (marketing, development, consulting, etc.) are subject to separate scope agreements, timelines, and deliverables communicated after purchase or during onboarding. "Service availed" status in your dashboard confirms your purchase; delivery terms are defined per service.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because we sell digital goods and custom services:

• Digital downloads generally are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or at our discretion for proven technical failure.
• Service refunds depend on work completed and are evaluated case by case.
• Orders cancelled before approval may be refunded minus any processing costs at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and materials created by Dservo remain our intellectual property unless transferred in writing. Client-provided materials remain yours; you grant us a license to use them to deliver agreed services.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload malicious content, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimers

Our services and digital products are provided on an "as is" basis. See our Disclaimer for additional limitations. We do not guarantee specific business results from marketing or growth services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dservo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dservo against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of products, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account by contacting us, subject to completion of outstanding obligations.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
